The getmensor.com site is published by SoftFactory (9487-1134 Québec inc.), Québec, Canada. Mensor is a SoftFactory solution.

What the site collects

The site collects only what you type in the access request form: what you want (access, a first takeoff), the kinds of drawings you take off, the number of drawings per month, your company name, your name, your email, your phone number (optional), your trade, your message and the language of the page.

This information is used to answer your request and to give you access to the Mensor pilot.

Where your information goes

The site is hosted by Vercel. The form passes through its servers. The function that handles it runs in the yul1 region, in Montréal (Canada).

The request is sent by email with Amazon SES, in the ca-central-1 region (Canada), and received in the info@mensor.ca mailbox, at Google Workspace.

Nothing is stored on the site.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool.

Retention

The request email is kept while the request is being handled, then deleted on request.

Your rights

Québec’s private sector privacy act, as amended by Law 25, gives you the right to access your information, to have it corrected and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@softfactory.ca. We reply within 30 days.

You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec: cai.gouv.qc.ca.

The Mensor service

Accounts, drawings and takeoffs in the Mensor service are covered by its own privacy policy, at mensor.ca/privacy.
